Abstract works and Contextualization
Abstract works are objects of exchanges in an identifier process between the artist and the spectator. They are the result of individual creativity and, in turn, objects that generate emotional relationships with a spectating audience. My work consists of installations and geometric pictorial works of minimalist appearance. Compositions that are born of instinctive mental images and that, through a convergent, conscious and playful creative process, culminates in the materialization of ideas.
Based on the consideration that a work must be interpreted according to the context in which it is placed, the project "Contextualization" expresses the successive state to the creative process, the fact that through a contextual interpretation, the works acquire a meaning and a public symbolic dimension. In this sense, a Contextualization does not represent the content of the work, but its materiality and artistic vocation.
