Born in Algiers in 1978, Thilleli Rahmoun lives and works between France and Spain.
Graduated from the ENSBA in Paris (2007) and the School of Fine Arts in Algiers (2001). Her work was presented in several individual exhibitions -Instituto Frances de Barcelona (2018), Galeria Crous Beaux-arts de Paris (France, 2012), Pôle Culturel de Coulanges (France, 2009), Center for Contemporary Art La Résidence (France, 2009) ) - and collective exhibitions: Museum of Contemporary Art of Algiers (2018), Ycone Gallery (Paris, 2015), Yango Biennal (Kinshasa, 2014), Zoom Art Fair Miami, Marrakech Art Fair and Dubai Art Fair (2010 and 2011 with El Marsa Gallery), 12th Contemporary Art Biennial of Nîmes (France, 2008), Julio González Gallery (France, 2008), "Jeune Création" (Paris, 2007).
She also participated in residential programs: La Résidence (France, 2009), Residence in Sainte-Alvère with the support of the Swiss Conny Maeva Foundation (France, 2009), Residence in La Casa de Velázquez (Madrid, 2009), Residence in Chamalot (France, 2010), Piramidon (Barcelona, 2017) - and received some awards: Alfonse Cellier Prize (French Academy of Fine Arts, 2006), Felix Fénéon Prize ("Chancellery of the Universities of Paris", 2008), different scholarships Paris City Council and the French Ministry of Culture, Tribew digital editions (France, 2017).
